Best Birthsign for Melee Fighters

In addition, if an enemy casts a spell at you, there's a 50% chance you'll absorb it and convert the damage into Magicka restoration for yourself. This is how you get around the lack of automatic Magicka regeneration.

Of course, it only works half the time, but enemies are a constant, so this effect will activate constantly. This way, you can have more powerful spells at all times.
