Kena: Bridge of Spirits: All Village Collectibles

Here's where to find all the collectibles in Village.

Rot

There are 24 Rot to collect in the Village. This is the main hub area of the game, and will open up more to you as you explore the world around it.

Hats

There are 21 Hats to find in the Village.

Mushroom: This Hat is given to you automatically once you purify the corruption in the Village center.

Clover: In the Village center, look to the right to find a chest, before the Rot Hat Cart. The Clover Hat is inside this chest.

Pot: Right next to the Rot Hat Cart is a chest containing the Pot Hat.

Yellow Mushroom: Head towards Taro's Tree. After using Spirit Mail to open up the first house on the left, go inside to find a chest. Inside is the Yellow Mushroom Hat.

Ladybug: Use the Spirit Mail from Rusu Mountain (there's only one) to open up a house on the path up to Taro's Tree. Behind the house is a chest with the Ladybug Hat inside.

Dinosaur: Just before the entrance to the Storehouse, there are three stones on the ground with owls engraved in them. Nearby are three owl statues. Use the Rot to place the statues onto the stones. The Dinosaur Hat is awarded when you do so.

Cat: Head towards the entrance to the Storehouse. Once you're over the bridge, turn left and hop over the platforms. You'll find a chest with the Cat Hat inside.

Unicorn: To get this Hat, see below for Cursed Chests #2, 3, and 4. You're given this Hat after clearing the third of these Cursed Chests.

Star: Use a Spirit Mail to enter the house nearest where you first came into the Village. Clear the enemies and corruption from the area. Then, hop down to the left to a lower house. Go inside and this Hat is in a chest.

Frog: From the Village Center warp stone, turn around and go down the main path. Take a right to find a set of stairs leading up to the left — you will need a Spirit Mail to enter. Once up there and the corruption is clear, there's a frog pond. Hit the three gemstones in this order: middle, right, left. You'll get a Rot and the Frog Hat.

Mask: Along the Mask Maker Path (dash ability required), after the second big enemy encounter, there's a small house. Inside the door is a chest with the Mask Hat inside.

Mask Maker: The Mask Maker Hat is awarded to you after you get the Incense relic and defeat the Mask Maker boss.

Baseball: From the Archery Range warp stone, head to the right past a water wheel and go over the bridge. To the left is a house with a chest to the left-hand side with the Baseball Hat in it.

Hunter: Awarded for defeating the Hunter boss through the Hunter Path (dash ability required).

Warrior: Awarded after beating the Warrior boss through the Warrior Path (dash ability required).

Samurai: After clearing the Warrior Path, swim out to the Forest Tear in the middle of the water. Beyond it is a rock you can jump up to, which leads to some ledges you can climb. At the top of this, turn around and you'll see some rocks in the cliff you can bomb. Do this, jump across the platforms, then use the blue flower to zip across the gap. Follow the path through to the left, clear the enemies, then dash through the gate. Finally, turn around and the Samurai Hat is in a chest.

Bunny: Open up the house just down from the Village Docks warp stone using Spirit Mail. Once you've cleared the corruption from the building, head back down and there's a chest inside with the Bunny Hat.

Zajuro's Mask: From Village Center warp stone, head to the right. Turn left at Flower Shrine #2. You'll come to a cliff and water below. Jump in and let the water carry you down. You'll see an island with a chest. Across from it is a new pathway, follow it up and to the left, over a rope bridge and a broken bridge. Defeat enemies ahead. At the Forest Tear, turn right and up the steps. In the house on the left is a chest with the Hat in. Use the Forest Tear to clear the corruption to get in.

Toshi's Mask: From the Village Onsen warp stone, follow the path up and to the left. Continue past the broken stone bridge until you reach a small house on the right (Spirit Mail required). Inside is a chest containing this Rot Hat.

Fishing: From the Storehouse warp stone, turn around back over the bridge and then right through to the fishing area (Spirit Mail needed). Ahead is a blue flower on a small platform in the water. Grapple over to it, then turn the camera around to find a Rot in a bucket. When collected, you'll also get the Fishing Hat.

Dog: From the Village Docks warp stone, turn back and go around to the right, up some stairs that lead to a bridge. Go over the bridge and to the left, where you'll find a chest with the Dog Hat.

Flower Shrines

There are 8 Flower Shrines to find in the Village.

#1: From the Village Center warp stone, turn back down the main path. A Flower Shrine is next to the big house on your right.

#2: As you head into the Taro's Tree area, you'll come across a Forest Tear for the first time. This allows the Rot to come together, with the ability to clear corruption from the environment. Back down the pathway from this area is a Flower Shrine covered in corruption. Use the Rot on the Forest Tear, then bring them back to the Flower Shrine and cleanse it.

#3: From the Village Center warp stone, head left towards Storehouse. Hop down over the river and veer to the right to find a Flower Shrine against a cliff.

#4: On the Mask Maker's Path (dash required), you'll work your way up the side of a waterfall using bombs to levitate some platforms. At the top of this platform sequence is a Flower Shrine.

#5: From the Archery Range warp stone, head up the left-hand path and there's a Flower Shrine on the left.

#6: As you progress through the Hunter Path (dash required), you'll come to a combat encounter with a Forest Tear in the middle. Defeat the enemies and clear the corruption. Head through where the corruption was blocking, and on the right as you approach the broken bridge is a Flower Shrine.

#7: After clearing the Warrior Path, a Flower Shrine can be found on a small island in the water between the Village Docks and Warrior Path warp stones.

#8: From Village Center warp stone, head to the right. Turn left at Flower Shrine #2. You'll come to a cliff and water below. Jump in and let the water carry you down. You'll see an island with a chest. Across from it is a new pathway, follow it up and to the left, over a rope bridge and a broken bridge. Defeat enemies ahead. At the Forest Tear, turn right and up the steps to find this Flower Shrine.

Spirit Mail

There are 3 Spirit Mails to find in the Village.

#1: Head towards Taro's Tree, to the right of the Village center. On your right as you go up the steps is a house with a blocked doorway and a hole in the roof. Use your Rot to pick up a large block and place it so you can jump inside the house through the hole. Inside is the Spirit Mail.

#2: Through the Mask Maker's Path, follow the path under the bridge and up to a combat encounter. Afterwards, you'll see some houses. Go around the back of the right-hand one and go inside where you see a symbol on the floor. Climb the tower and at the very top is a Spirit Mail.

#3: After clearing the Warrior Path, swim out to the Forest Tear in the middle of the water. Beyond it is a rock you can jump up to, which leads to some ledges you can climb. At the top of this, turn around and you'll see some rocks in the cliff you can bomb. Do this, jump across the platforms, then use the blue flower to zip across the gap. Follow the path through to the left, clear the enemies, then dash through the gate. Finally, turn around and the Spirit Mail will be waiting for you.

Cursed Chests

There are 6 Cursed Chests in the Village.

#1: From the Village entrance, head to the right past the lamppost and go around the house. On the left will be the first Cursed Chest.

#2, 3, 4: After collecting the first Spirit Mail from Forgotten Forest, deliver it to the house up the stairs. Clear the corruption. After this, you'll be faced with three Cursed Chests in a row.

#5: After receiving Adira's mask, head down towards the Storehouse area. Head left towards a large tree with stairs leading up to a bridge. Instead of going up the stairs, go around to the right, past the Village Docks warp stone. On the left is a Cursed Chest under an awning.

#6: After gaining the dash ability, head through to the Mask Maker's Path — the northwest-most of the three gateways. Along the main path you will see a Cursed Chest on the right.

Meditation Spots

There are 3 Meditation Spots to find in Village.

#1: After defeating the Mask Maker boss and getting the Incense relic, to the right of the area is a Meditation spot.

#2: After defeating the Hunter boss and getting the Harpoon relic, a Meditation Spot will be straight ahead.

#3: After defeating the Warrior boss and getting the Village Crest relic, a Meditation Spot will be just in front of you.
