In Bloom: Walkthrough
Collect the Scarletstems from the flower patches just west of the Tallneck. Then speak to the Herbalist upstairs at Plainsong, who will tell you that Nilo moved to Riverhymn. Travel north to Riverhymn and speak to Jia. Give her the Scarletstems then return to Darikka.
Scarletstem: Where to Find It
Scarletstems can be found among the fields of flowers on the western side of the Tallneck's patrol route. Look for small bunches of lootable purple flowers within the colourful flower patches.

- Go to Plainsong
- Talk to the Herbalist
- Go to Riverhymn
- Find Nilo
- Talk to the Utaru
- Return to Darikka
