Hogwarts Legacy: Interior Decorating Walkthrough
After completing the Main Quest called The Room of Requirement, you'll be able to start this Side Quest by talking to Professor Weasley. She needs you to gather Moonstone, but if you've already gone enough, you can continue immediately. The teacher wants you to decorate the room, so place five wall decorations and five floor decorations anywhere you like. Next, you'll be taught a new Spell called Altering. Use it to alter, change the colour, and adjust the size of the items in the room.
You must then customise the floor or balcony using Altering, so change it to a colour of your choosing and then speak to Deek. He'll let you change the room's ambience, and then speaking to Professor Weasley completes the Side Quest.
