You'll find the Defence Against the Dark Arts Class in the Astronomy Wing, so set a marker there on your map and head on over. The first step is to learn Levioso, which allows you to pick up objects and put them up in the air. You'll then practise on a training dummy before entering a duel with Sebastian, where you'll need to use nearly all the Spells you've learned so far to beat him. After class, Sebastian wants to talk to you in the back of the room. Doing so will complete this Main Quest.
