Hogwarts Legacy: Crossed Wands Walkthrough
This Side Quest takes place in the duelling arena near the Floo Flame labelled Clock Tower Courtyard. Across a series of rounds, you'll duel different opponents. Below you'll find an explanation of all rounds that make up Crossed Wands, accessed by talking to Lucan Brattleby.
Round 1
In Round 1, you'll team up with Sebastian Sallow and fight Lawrence Davies and Astoria Crickett. They utilise yellow shields which can be beaten using Levioso. Then it's best to use Basic Cast to defeat them.
Round 2
In Round 2, you'll fight Hector Jenkins, Constance Dagworth, and Nerida Roberts. They have violet shields protecting them, but they can be broken by using Accio.
Round 3
Round 3 is unlocked after completing the Main Quest called Tomes of the Tribulations. It puts you up against Eric Northcott, Charlotte Morrison, Nellie Oggspire, and Leander Prewett. This duel introduces the red shield, which is removed using Incendio. This is the final Round and you'll be rewarded with the Crossed Wand Champions Garb for finishing it.
