GTA Online: Best Nightclub to Buy

You can purchase Nightclubs from Maze Bank Foreclosures, using the Internet app on your smartphone. There are 9 Nightclubs available to buy. They are:

• Mission Row Nightclub: GTA$1,440,000

GTA Online: How to Improve Your Nightclub Popularity

Once you own a Nightclub, set a waypoint to it and complete the introductory tasks. Once your Nightclub is setup, you'll get access to the Nightclub Office where you can use your computer to manage it. You will need to know How to Become a CEO to manage your Nightclub. Once you've logged into your computer in your Nightclub Office, select Nightclub Management to get an overview of your Nightclub Popularity. The higher your Nightclub Popularity is, the more money you'll earn passively while playing GTA Online. This money will be added to the Safe in your Nightclub Office. Nightclub Popularity will decrease over time, but you can select the Promote Club option to launch missions that will keep it up.

If you have full Nightclub Popularity, you'll passively earn GTA$10,000 per in-game day (approximately 45 minutes in real-time) which is a decent bonus but not necessarily worth your time completing the missions and managing it.

Alternatively, you can book a new Resident DJ to play at your Nightclub to automatically fill the Nightclub Popularity bar. This does cost GTA$100,000 the first time (and GTA$10,000 thereafter) so isn't necessarily cost-effective, although the missions are fun and worth at least doing once.
