Side Quest

Manda, keeper of Haven's stables, catches wind that Clive is the proud owner of a snow-white chocobo, and insists on making her acquaintance. Luckily for all involved, her father has a boat big enough to hold a 'bo, and will momentarily be making a trip across the bay and back.

Bird of Passage: Walkthrough

Bird of Passage begins when you speak to Manda. She wants to see Clive's faithful chocobo, Ambrosia.

Head over to Manda's father and speak to him. You'll next need to head over to Martha's Rest — fast travel there and speak to Rowan.

With the mimett gourd in hand, your next stop is Northreach to meet with Manda's father again. Fast travel to Northreach, then follow the marker towards the northern coast. Speak to him, and you'll soon be back in Haven, this time with Ambrosia. With the quest done, you'll now be able to ride her around Mysidia.

Objective Log

  • Speak to Manda's father by the stores
  • Speak to Rowan in Martha's Rest
  • Rendezvous with Manda's father near Northreach
