Godskin Duo: Boss Fight Strategy

The Godskin Duo is a boss fight that combines two earlier encounters into one, incredibly gruelling battle. You have to fight Godskin Noble and Godskin Apostle at the same time, both of which share a single health bar. They're bad enough on their own, but put together? You're in for a rough time. The two enemies can resurrect each other too, so the fight doesn't get much easier once you down one of them. When the overall HP bar is taken into account, you'll need to kill both bosses twice.

Both bosses retain their move and attack patterns from the two previous fights, but of course, you'll need to look out for them at the same time. To overcome this tough fight, we strongly, strongly recommend grabbing the Mimic Tear Ashes from Nokron, Eternal City and upgrading it as far as you can take it. A +10 Mimic is going to give you the best chance possible of overcoming this.

As the boss battle begins, immediately use the Mimic Tear Ashes. This ability creates a copy of yourself to fight alongside you, using the same abilities you have. What you need to do is focus on whichever one of the bosses your copy picks to attack. It'll instantly take aggro, so you can get in behind them and deliver some free attacks. Both bosses are still weak to Bleed damage, so if you have a weapon that can proc it, use it. While you're doing this, you will, of course, have to watch out for the other one's attacks — the black fireballs cause a lot of issues.

If the two of you focus on just one of them, you'll kill it fairly quickly. With them out of the way, focus all your efforts on the other one. Use the time between the other boss dying and the eventual respawn wisely: give it all you've got and damage the boss still standing as much as possible. You want to create a situation where you're essentially chaining the four kills, beating one boss as the other one spawns back in. That way, you only have to face both of them head-on at the beginning of the fight.
