Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time Trophies Guide PS4 PlayStation 4

In this Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time Trophy roadmap, we're going to reveal how to get the Platinum Trophy in this brand new Crash game on PS5 and PS4. As part of our Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time guide, we're going to tell you about all the Trophies, as well as their descriptions and how to unlock each one. You'll also find a Trophy roadmap, outlining the general order you can unlock the Trophies as you play Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time.

Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time: How to Get the Platinum Trophy

Because Crash Bandicoot 4 is quite linear, the roadmap to the platinum is fairly straightforward. You will need to play each level several times in order to get all the Trophies, and some of the achievements will be pretty tough. We've outlined an order of doing things below, but nothing is missable, so you can complete the game in whatever way you prefer.

To start with, you should focus on just playing through the game's levels normally to unlock the story Trophies. Don't worry about getting all the gems or anything to start with. Once you've beaten the story, you can dive back in and finish up collecting gems.

There are four coloured gems to find throughout the game, and there are six clear gems on most levels (all but the boss stages). There are a number of Trophies related to finding all these gems. If you're trying to find all hidden and colored gems, see our guide through the link. Finding gems also unlocks new skins for Crash and Coco. For more on these skins and costumes, see our guide: Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time - All Skins and How to Unlock Them.

Next up are the N. Verted levels. Every level of the game has an N. Verted version. You'll need to beat all these to get a couple more Trophies, as well as collect a whole new set of gems.

Then, you have to find and play through all the Flashback Tape levels. Flashback Tapes can be found in certain levels, and to get them, you need to reach them without dying beforehand. They unlock fiendishly hard stages that you'll need to play though for more Trophies. In order to get the Platinum Flashback Relics, you need to play through these levels and get every box in one run.

There are also N. Sanely Perfect Relics to get. Every level except boss stages have an N. Sanely Perfect Relic. They're earned by 100% completing a level with no deaths — this means getting most of the Wumpa Fruits, every box, and every gem without dying once.

Lastly are the Time Trial Relics. Every level except the boss levels have Time Trials, and you earn Relics for beating certain times. You need to beat every Platinum Relic time.

When you finally complete all the above, you should reach 106% completion, which means you're done — and should have the Platinum.
