Hello guys and gals! So, me and my friend are planning on starting our first Video Game Tournament for my Anime Club at school. We've already decided what games we'll use, the food, the time schedule and the maximum amount of people we want to come. Since this is my first time hosting/starting a tournament I'm kinda nervous that something will go wrong or that I'll mess up. I'm just wondering if there's any experts on this kind of subject and if they have any advice they could give me.
Fail to prepare, prepare to fail. I think the best thing to do is to organise everything to the absolute best of your ability, so you know what the running order of your competition will be. That way, you'll always be 'in control' should something go wrong.
