@colonelkilgore I think crying Jim has shed enough tears for us all.

@render I loved that show. It was hilarious! We need a reality t.v. show version 😂

@MightyDemon82 @JohnnyShoulder @render @colonelkilgore WarGames with all the former studio presidents. Ken with the low blow to Jim Ryan. That’s how you get the Cryin’ Jim meme.

Ken announces he’s been acquired by Phil. Console wars are over.

Sony's customer support is baffling.

I wanted to cancel my PSVR2 pre-order as I don't really need one right now. So I go to the order on their website and it already said ''CANCELLED'', which I don't understand, because I never cancelled it before. When when I click on it it still mentions the shipping date, so is it cancelled or not?

Finding an email address is painfully difficult. I finally managed to find the page about cancelling PS Store pre-orders, I assume they can help me, hopefully, as there is no dedicated page for dealing with PS Direct orders. Here's the kicker, you can't email them because it's outside of working hours. YES, I understand you don't work on Saturday evening, I don't expect an answer today, or tomorrow, but just let me send an email right now so you can answer it on Monday. This isn't a live chat, this is an email. LMAO.

@Octane Yeah it is shocking and I've read a few tales about orders being cancelled due to credit card rejection but then having problems reordering. I hope Sony allows retailers to stock it soon plus I'm sure Sony being the only retailer is hurting sales.

So a little update, I tried contacting them using their live chat service. I tried it twice, waited for almost an hour with no reply.

Still no word on if it's cancelled or not. I hope it is, but there has been no confirmation either way.

Has anyone seen the new Peugot 408 Ad? (UK) the female voice over says …'our souls' i swear everytime i hear it her accent says 'Ar*eholes'. Just wanted it out there so it annoys others too.

So who will be buying these new edited versions of Roald Dahl's books? If you ask me Penguin are just wasting their time and money.

Great job opportunity for anyone wanting to be a sensitivity reader though I guess 😂.

Just noticed today that an Arcade is opening in my town centre. Couldn't quite make out which cabinets are there, but one of them was a 2 player sit down motorbike racing.

Can't remember the last time I went on one. Probably the last time I went bowling, which was a few years back at least.

Hopefully there is enough interest in it to remain open and the yoof don't trash it.

@kyleforrester87 I’ve done some morning gaming before work from time to time. Lately not so much, but occasionally I try. The problem is that you have a firm time-limit and, depending on the game, you can get caught in the middle of a long quest or boss fight when it’s time to go to work. Games that have very limited save points, or unpredictability long cut scenes can be a killer. I’ve had to skip a key cutscene so I can save my progress and dart off to work.

Evening gaming is better because you can just stay up late until you get to a good stopping point. The problem there, of course, is that you can be all amped up after a big story point or an epic combat scenario and it takes time to wind down and let the adrenaline wear off so you can sleep.

Mid-day gaming is probably the best. Too bad that work is a thing.
