@Tasuki Everything I've seen from the game looks pretty good. Haven't played the beta though, but watched some gameplay footage last week. Is it me or do journalists hardly report on this game?

No, I agree. I just found him especially hideous in the reboot. Like, I can't stand looking at his face lol. Blegh!
I think they just did a good job ageing Kratos for the GoW. He actually really does just look like the same guy but older and filled out. Removing the permanent scowl makes a lot of difference too.

@AdamantiumClaws@Kidfried Glad I'm not the only one who thinks Kratos looks like the back end of a bus. I mean, we all know looks are the least important thing, but there's still a line, y'know?
@AdamantiumClaws The ideal places to start would either be the very first one or the new one, I was coming from the angle of GoW 3 being free (if you're on PS Plus). If you start with the third one, you'll get just enough context to take you into the new one. Or just play the new one, it's the better game by far.

And a huge box held together by staples managed to slice the back of my hand. Somehow. Yet another injury. One day left, day off on Saturday, and the store opens on the 22nd....whew.
And I agreed to be open to night shifts...lucky me.

I recently got hired at a store that is opening too! I'm still waiting for Orientation though.
As painful as it is, my rose-colored glasses are coming off on Kingdom Hearts II. This game has way more problems than I care to admit. It's sad, because the story has so much potential.
@AdamantiumClaws I did a blind run of KH1.5 on stream a while back...I see what makes it tick but I find it hard to be enthused about it.
Anyway, officially 1 week to store opening, and I agreed to night shifts! Why do I do this to myself? Still, it'll be interesting to see how much money we make on opening day. People in the team are saying £60k-£80k but I honestly expect over 100k

Picked up a 500 million edition controller last night. It's very pretty but I'll be happier once it's a little worn in ... like new shoes.
Going to head out Gamestop shortly, see if there's anything worth having in their pro day sale. Trying to collect Totaku's but they don't make it easy!
