Topic: PS Plus Question

While adding the this month's free games I noticed that I missed January's free games. While not too upset the only one I would have probably played was Epic Mickey I was wondering if there was a way I could get it free like maybe changing the date on my console? Also I dont know but is there and option where I can have it set so that the free games will be claimed without me having to manually go and click on it so I dont have this happen again?

@Tasuki I don’t think there’s any way to go back and claim a previous month’s games, although I’ve never tried changing the clock backwards, so maybe it’s worth trying. I suspect it’s based on the time on the servers so I wouldn’t hold my breath.

I also know of no auto-claim function, but if you download and sign into the PlayStation app, then it has the next best thing — a reminder system when it sends you a message notification toward the end of the month reminding you to claim them if you haven’t yet. That’s happened to me before, and so I think it’s on by default. The downside is that the app will also give you occasional random notifications too, like “Hey, Arknights: Endfield is out now. Check it out!” Or “Marathon pre-orders available now!” But also sometimes helpful ones like “[such-and-such game] from your wishlist is now on sale!”
