Honestly I don't really watch what I eat. I figure I have enough things to worry about without adding what I eat to the list. With that said I don't eat like 5 big macs for every meal or buckets of grease. But stuff like calories sugar intake etc I don't worry about.

Watched a program on eating for longevity in life a couple of nights ago. The general consensus is to eat fish, fruit and vegetables and leave a long gap (12 hours plus) between your last calorie intake of the day and your first the next day. To help your metabolism recover.

I used to do a lot of running, but I don't get the time anymore. Unfortunately, I'm caught in a bit of a rut at the moment where I can't get enough consistent momentum going to get my fitness back up to do what I used to do, so I'm kinda running in fits and starts at the moment, and it's not good.
Cycle 19 miles at the weekend which keep me healthy 😄, until that is until last weekend when I got hit by a lorry and fractured a lower back virtibrae. No excercise now for six weeks at least 😢
I go jogging...at night. I'm nocturnal to the highest degree. I also hit the gym, I've also started weeding off more of my cultural food, as it is wholly unhealthy (A diet based primarily off of Rice can never lead to a healthy life style).

I'll take the Vita to the grave with me, even if Sony won't.
I try to exercise whenever I can. Unfortunately being in the middle of nowhere doesn't give me alot to work with, so I just do pushups, crutches and stuffing my backpack full of stuff and benching it.

You're not alone - I prefer running at night, too.
I got a rowing machine and I switched my diet to PALEO a year ago. Lost nearly 20kg, pushing another 10 this year. I'm a self employed graphics designer so I have a lot of "sitting on my arse" and "being under stress" in my life, so some exercise and a healthy diet are a MUST for me. Also I'm past 30 already and I DO feel it being different to being 18. And yes I'm also dating girls much younger than me, trying to keep me young that way. Worked for others, works for me. Lol

I exercise around three times a week (though I try to aim for four days).
As for what I actually do - I generally like to mix it up. ATM, I only have a couple of heavy dumbbells, as my gym stuff is at my parents' house. Still, that doesn't stop me from getting a good workout (I simply refuse to pay for a gym membership). Lifting sheer heavy weight isn't as important as form, and as such I spend one week doing dumbbell exercises (based on multiple workouts that can be found on YouTube, each about an hour), and the next week focusing on my core (four to five times a week, about 10 mins per session). I haven't been doing this program very long, so I'll see how it pans out.
As for diet, I don't do anything too stringent. I just try to get my fruit and veggies, as well as other various proteins and such. I must admit I do have somewhat of a pizza addiction, but I try to not go overboard with the junk food.
I'm about 6'2, and at my heaviest I was 283 lbs - but I didn't have too much fat on me, a lot of it was sheer bulk. ATM I'm about 245 lbs .
City cycling isn't healthy though, may as well take up smoking

Living in the city is practically the same. As long as I am getting my cardio as an exercise, that is my healthy option. As well as shopping at Whole Foods
