@Gremio108 Crikey, I wouldn't have a clue what to do in the dating game these days. Turbulent times indeed. Glad you got sorted in the end πŸ™‚

Anti-Matter

Oh, well.
I'm back again here.
I rarely posted on PushSquare as my focus is only for kids games.

I HAVE BEEN CHANGED.... FOR GOOD. πŸ’šπŸ’—

Thrillho

@themcnoisy Yeah, all good man. Life ticks on but in an ever increasingly hectic/fun way with a two and a half year old!

@Anti-Matter you say that every time.

@Thrillho kids are crazy. In this day and age we are expected to drop everything for them, regardless of what it is. We were opening up a new branch my daughter's school thought it was a super idea to start my daughter's introduction to her new school on the same week (long story). Didn't bother asking my wife or I if we had any plans, they just did it ROFL 🀣 Good luck mate. It gets harder as they get older as they expect you to be superman.

@Gremio108 yeah I think I will send stick.

@AgentCooper Take care, some time away can work wonders and good luck in whatever you end up doing.

@AgentCooper Take care, buddy! We'll keep your seat warm for you while you're gone and don't hesitate to come back should the whims take you

@AgentCooper Take care of yourself buddy, and hope to see you back here sooner rather than later.

@AgentCooper God speed. Many happy trails.

This is not a goodbye, nor am I taking a vacation, but things are hectic at the moment and I've fallen off some of the interesting conversations here recently. I'm also feeling a bit guilty for not getting around to answering mentions either and this may go on for a bit longer, so I thought I pop in here right quick to say that I'm not ignoring anyone and I'm still around, though I may not post much in any timely fashion for the foreseeable future.
As we like to say in Norway: I'll be back suddenly (though we say it in Norwegian, obviously)

FuriousMachine

FuriousMachine

@Thrillho Thanks, mate Things show signs of returning to normal around me, so fingers crossed

FuriousMachine

Herculean

@FuriousMachine I thought you were less active here after being called Phil Collins one too many times.

Also, that Norwegian saying is amazing. See you around suddenly

Pizzamorg

Is your ava you @FuriousMachine? I always assumed it was a shot of Orson Welles or something πŸ˜‚ I did wonder where you had gone when I didn't see you engaging in the movie thread, glad you are good.

Life to the living, death to the dead.

FuriousMachine

@Herculean While I was emotionally wounded, nay, traumatised, by the comparison, it wasn't quite enough to drive me away And that saying arose from a shop window sign where the proprietor had written that they were out for lunch and, confusing the words "soon" and "suddenly", that they'd be "back suddenly", according to urban legend. It's become a fun turn of phrase

@Pizzamorg It is indeed me and not Orson Welles (a comparison that goes a long way of healing the trauma of the Phil Collins comparisons, btw, so thanks for that ). Yeah, things are good and I'll pop back up in the movie thread and the others without any prior warning before you know it. Well, I guess that kind of counts as a warning of sorts, so...
