Mine would absolutely be a PlayStation All Stars sequel. But I wouldn't have it like Smash Bros again because Sony will never win in that regard so have be a core tag fighting game.
My biggest disappointments from the first game was the roster's guest characters and real lack of fan service. If you look at Smash Ultimate then fan service bleeds out of every part of it and I always wished PlayStation had something that truly celebrated it's lineage.

That sounds interesting but with konami owning the ip.. well, you know. Interesting to see some other work by Kojima though, I hadn't heard of this one. @AdamNovice
I thought PS All Stars was pretty cool, especially when playing with friends, but as you say, lots of room for improvement there. I hope it's an idea they revisit. They certainly own enough tips to make it work. @Arugula
I'm not the biggest racing fan, but Gran Turismo was pretty awesome. I agree, make single player amazing should definitely be a priority for this.
