Topic: Yakuza Like A Dragon PS4 Version playable on PS5 day one?

Hi All

Does anyone know if the PS4 version of Yakuza Like a Dragon will be playable on PS5 day one?

I am aware that the PS5 version will be available as a free upgrade (Likely next year).

It should be as developers were informed about 12 months ago to prep PS4 games for compatibility with PS5, and I think it was June we were told to pass PS4 game certification software would be required to work on PS5 as well. So yeah, it should.

It should but will it? I hope that Sony or Sega clarifies soon.

@Darylb88 it will. It can't pass Sony's verification process if it doesn't also work on PS5.

Aww is Yakuza: Like a Dragon's PS5 version not out until next year?? I was hoping it would be available day one!
