Topic: Third Party Charging Stations ON PS5

Anyone here having trouble with third party charging stations ?
I had one controller charging while I was playing, when my PS5 shut down yet again. It took ages getting it back on.
Now the charger isn't plugeed in, the PS5 is fine. It's like you can't have anything plugged into the USB ports while playing.
Sony really needs to fix this issue.

Nah i managed to get the official controller dock which works perfectly though, a bit overpriced at £24.99 in my opinion.

Why don't you try a USB plug instead of using the console USB ports?

@Total_Weirdo Tried through my laptop and a wall plug. It just won't charge the controllers. Maybe the charger is faulty.

I've tried one UNOFFICIAL charging dock, it worked perfectly for about 3 days then just stopped working entirely. I've got a refund and I'll probably give another type a go at some stage in the next month (unless the official one becomes available before then).

@HMazzy111 I worked out that I can use mine on the PS5, but only in rest mode and only using the front USB.
