I picked this up on a whim after reading the review and the agreeable price tag. Not really a big MP gamer, not since Destiny, really.
Not sure what to make of this yet but after 10 or 15 rounds played, it can be quite enjoyable. I don’t know exactly what I am doing most of the time but working it out.
Anyone playing and would like to team up? I don’t have a mic these days (it’s probably around here somewhere…) but I don’t think it’s an absolute requirement. I can always get one if it is.
@AgentCooper Yeah I am enjoying it, like I mentioned elsewhere though it seems to get the most of out of you would really benefit from rolling with a tight crew, at least on occasion. I am not very good but understand the basics of gearing up, looting, healing and getting out. I’ve copied @Northern_munkey into this, maybe we could line something up for Saturday? I can normally do a bit in the evenings during the week too but I’m booked out tomorrow and Friday.
@kyleforrester87 a mic would be a big help but you can still hear us for important info and the mic on your dualsense is surprisingly effective. I've just reached level 21 and I'm still figuring out what I'm supposed to be doing but at the moment I'm focusing on upgrading my work stations so I can craft better gear and weapons. Solo is great for quick runs if you have a pre planned route but it really shines with a squad who work together. I'll try and help as much as I can but there are literally loads of really helpful YouTube vids if you get stuck.
@Northern_munkey@kyleforrester87 Not sure if you folks are still playing ARC, but I'm still hammering away. I'm on US East Coast time, but am down to squad up if y'all ever want!
@wildcat_kickz I have, unfortunately, been a total flake and not played since I suggested we do so 🫣 quite embarrassed, I was going to apologise! Too much else going on……
@wildcat_kickz yeah I'm on most evenings for a few raids with a couple of mates. I'm usually on from around 18:30 so the time difference may be an issue but I'm up stupidly early Saturdays and Sundays because I just don't sleep in.
