Not sure if anyone else has encountered this but whenever I try to play a 4K Ultra-HD DVD with HDR (Harry Potter 1-7 are the ones I've tried), with 4K and HDR switched on, the screen acts as if there is no input.
When I hold the PS button to go to the home screen it picks up the input again. I've tried turning the HDR off to watch the 4K DVD and it works, just not with HDR.
I've watched numerous YouTube videos to ensure HDR is enabled on the TV (which it is). Anyone know anything else I can try or has anyone encountered this error?
On a separate note, I also tried a blu-ray and the PS5 wouldn't release it until I booted it up in safe mode so I'm thinking the Disc Drive may be faulty? I have Spiderman MM and Sackboy on disc and these work fine, however.
