After being arcade exclusive for so long, Tekken 7 is finally hitting consoles in two days. Can I wait? No I can't. Tekken Tag 2 was fun, but it's been a long time coming for a new canonical entry. I've been spending some time getting myself ready for it.
So, what's everyone's thoughts on T7? What's your favorite character? Are you Team Heihachi or Team Kazuya? You play online or just a solo player? Let's get some juggles going here in the forums!

Team Mishima all the way Seriously though I am excited for this one the last time I was this hyped for a Tekken game was Tekken 3 on the PS. Tekken has always been my choice of fighter. I will take it over Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat any day.

@Tasuki I agree. Tekken has always been my first choice for fighting games. I've spent so many hours playing Tekken that my time with other fighters looks short by comparison.

Well, turns out I had more money than I thought. Today I finally got my PS4 and with it, a copy of T7. Yay! I've only spent some time in practice and treasure battle, plus an arcade run with Lee, but it's great so far. Unfortunately, I have work, so I'm afraid my time must end today.

Finished the story mode and I can say the story didn't let me down one bit. In fact it is one of the most satisfying stories I have in seen in a long. As someone who has played the Tekkens over the years mainly for the storyline this one does a nice job of wrapping it all up and connecting all of them.
Other then the story I also played offline versus with my son and tried the Treasures mode as well which is very addicting. I will probably check out some of the other modes tomorrow.
Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and can see myself putting alot of time into this game. Tekken 7 will definitely be in my top games of 2017 list.

I have to say I like how they brought Akuma in too. At first I thought it would be really odd and that he would be a big part of the story and would feel shoehorned. The only thing I don't like about him is the fireballs since no Tekken character has fireballs they are kinda hard to counter.
