I've rambled a bit there. Basically, I think if you like action games at all, you should give Furi a shot
That's no rambling! This was exactly the kind of reflection on the game I was looking for. I'm going to give it a go sometimes later this week based on your enthousiasm.
Yea I made the mistake of starting this at 2am in the morning and got wiped out a few times with the first boss so left it alone for a while but going to go back to it once I have time seems like the kind of game that if you can 100% it will be very rewarding
@Churchy: I've been having a blast with it so far. It can be quite frustrating if you get stuck on a fight, but because the bosses all have (mostly) rigid patterns, nothing is impassable. Hope you enjoy it too
@Kidfried: Have you played it yet? Interested to know your thoughts
I have now finished the game now I'm going to try do it on hardest difficulty and @Quintumply when you get up to the part press circle you'll know what I mean
Furi's a challenging game and one you're thrown into, a little like Dark Souls. It's pretty intense, too, but it isn't impossible. It's definitely worth downloading, the boss battles are gripping and the walking sections are intriguing. Although both kinds of sections can drag on a little too long and they aren't perfect, the game remains a blast - at least if you don't mind a challenge.
Personally, I don't think I'll play Furi over games like Rocket League because I prefer the easier games, but I'm glad I downloaded it.
We all know the world needs Kentucky Fried Duck.
