It will be really interesting to see what kind of relationship the new PS VITA and PS3 with Move will have together. I wonder if you will be able to use the VITAs screen as an additional view just like the new Nintendo Wii U does. (shown below) It uses the screen as a representation of a golf ball in the lie. Really awesome!
I'd assume there will be some type of PSV to PS3 integration in some games. It's something Sony has been trying to do with the PSP and PS3 for a while now. The only game I can think of off hand that uses it well is Sing Star.
I don't see how Move would fit into that picture though. Just as I don't think that image above really makes much sense.
To save our Mother Earth from any alien attack
From vicious giant insects who have once again come back
We'll unleash all our forces we won't cut them any slack
The EDF deploys!!
Sony registered a patent for something like this (http://www.movemodo.com/news/2011/05/so … e_consoles) so I certainly think it's considering cross-platform play. Whether or not it would be something like the Wii U is uncertain, though.
Just as I don't think that image above really makes much sense.
In Real Life when playing golf, you look down at the ball to see your Lie (is it buried in the rough, sand, ect..). You also can see where your club head is in relation to the ball and whether your setting up properly. Well just using ONE screen makes that very cluttering and more tedious button presses.
This way you have the view in the Natural Position (where the ball is) where it should be. Helps you figure out shots and all to a degree.
I would like to see how it actually works more thou..
I'm still not impressed by the Wii U. I lost my trust in Nintendo because of the Wii. I know it's suppose to be in HD now and have more hardcore games and all of that, but there is still the chance of numerous shovel wear titles coming out again.
I'll just have to wait til the release of the system. I'll give it a chance, but if it just doesn't empress me, I will not own one.
Same as Tokool, Wii U failed to impress me, is actually confused the hell outta me, but I'm pretty sure there's a lot of possibilities of integration if they are creative enought. The Little Big Planet Demo on the vita shows a lot of potential of creative exploration on the console, the move integration would be even more awesome, even because the PS Vita has cameras, so it´s not so hard to do it.
