Topic: Little Big Planet 2 Hype Thread

Is anyone exited about this? I was going to get it for sure because it was going to come out days after by birthday, then it was delayed, so I decided to hold off on getting it for a while. But after I saw a couple of videos showing beta gameplay, I got all hyped for it. Now I can't wait for it!

@zez.... my brother is a great game creator. He created his first fighting game when he was like 12. I literally made him play LBP and needless to say his levels are so good he was hand selected for LBP2. He told me yesterday that LBP2 could be a game that you could literally play forever as the possibilities are endless. In the beta now there are already full RPGs, Shooters, Racing Games, After Burner Clone... oh he told me a few minutes ago somebody recreated Flower as well. For me, Im a gamer and I love playing games and not creating. I cant wait to get my hands on the game and try out all these users creations.

Yes, I've seen the Flower creation on a video, it was nice. And that's cool that your brother can create awesome stuff. I just can't wait for this!

A new batch of BETAs to LBP2 is coming out December 21rst and if you don't get in, you can download the Story Demo thats coming out!

LBP2 is firmly planted in my GameFly Queue I can't wait to play it and check out all the user created levels.

So who else is in the beta? It's defiantly awesome. It is a lot more complicated than the 1st but it is still the LBP we know and love. The new system works pretty good and the levels people are making are outrageous. Can't wait to see you all online!

Minutes after I first loaded up the LBP1 demo with my little sister and little brother, they were bugging me to buy it, so the next day, I got the full game... I really couldn't believe how fun a platformer could be.

Now looking at videos and the beta of LBP2, I cannot believe what the small team over at Media Molecule have created haha. Extremely impressive and I cannot wait to get my hands on it!

This game made me want a PS3. Hard.

It would be cool if they bring back the Astronaut suit when LBP2 comes out for a day!

I loved the demo. I've played multiple rounds of that multiplayer shooting board with my little brother, it's an absolute blast. And the level introducing the new creatures was pretty unique. I can't wait to see what the community does with all these new tools.

Don't know if I'll get the demo. Don't want to spoil too much of it for me.

I already know I want this game so I'm not even going to bother downloading the demo.  I pre-ordered my Collector's Edition last night.

Well, turns out LBP2 technically won't have any type of Move functions other then Prehistoric Moves. Will it still be reviewed?

@turtle: Well, the Sly Collection was, so I don't see why not.

I'll be getting this asap (which means in a couple of months :3)

But Sackboy's Prehistoric Moves was already reviewed.

Oh yeah... Well... just review it anyway!

Move support is coming to little big planet 2 as DLC, the DLC should release in march.
