So, I have been playing MAG with move ever since I bought the game, think it was at launch of 2.0. I love playing with it, sniping is pretty easy, but I went close quarters combat commando, my most common problem with move is when I get in to knife fight, I start stabbing with the move like mad and usually lose my aim, communications and my life. Don't know if DS3 is superior, haven't tried it, and don't want to, I would guess that DS3 has faster and steadier knifing with simple button smashing?
I tried modern combat:thingy? too, it was bit laggy, and didn't really get in to it, I liked the ability to freeze camera with move button, and knifing could be done with d-pad, but I ran out of thumbs and knife fights usually require running and knifing simultaneously.
Looking forward for killzone 3 open beta with move tomorrow?
Anyone else using move on online games, share your thoughts and experiences.
If anyone wants to team up for killzone 3, add me, my psn id is Petri-c I'm also up for MAG and dead space 2 (no move ) at any time. I live in Europe, and on MAG I'm on s.v.e.r's side, been thinking about switching when reaching the cap though.
I love MAG with the Move. All my current game time has been with the Move and I quite like the drift-cursor technique. Its useable and makes aiming a breeze, Dont really understand most peoples beef with it. I actually cant stand playing any other FPS at the moment lol I find the analogues to be pretty cumbersome for aiming now on the DS3. Cant wait for Killzone3 and SOCOM! Hope more FPS support Move though as it seems a bit thin for that genre at the moment.
Im also in Europe and on s.v.e.r. Almost reached the level cap now though so i might be on Valor soon (they always get beat, wanna see why lol)
I'm actually having trouble adjusting to playing FPS's with the Move. It's part adapting to something less familiar, and partly because I must be a weakling. I mean, I'm very happy relaxing on the coach, DS3 help cradled, hands resting on my lap. But for the Move my arms are extended and I'm likely to be standing. If I held my DS3 with my arms extended away from my body and standing, I'd be less happy too, so it's less about the controller, and more about the way I tend to use it.
When I play MAG with move, I dont extend my arm, unless I go in to a bloody stabbing berserk, even though the play position is not the most relaxant, I sit on the couch and keep my elbows on my knees so my arms wont get tired.

I play it the same way lol Ive tried sitting back n relaxing but I dont seem to do as well.
My valid argument is as follows: (a picture could describe it best but...) if you saw my room setup you would see that there is no place to sit when I use the Move controller. You know that TV in the startup screen of all Move enabled games showing where to place the Eye camera? That's the size of my gaming TV, exactly. And it's up on a high dresser in the bedroom which makes seeing anything below about 3 feet unreliable.
My situation is unique and extreme, but please don't assume I'm just being childish when I don't sit to play Move games. And in any case, what's wrong with that? It's called a MOVE, after all, what's wrong with getting into it and moving around?
remember, lipnox, it takes all kinds of people to make the world go 'round. what may seem natural and pleasant to you might be anathema to someone else. :3
