I left my ps4 at home while I was at college and when I got gome for the holidays my account was permenently suspended. I cant check why or appeal because I can get into the email its used for and it wont let me on playstation.com with that account. I did nothing to get banned for and now all of the games and dlc I purchased are gone and I was jot refunded any of money.
