Topic: Uncharted: LoT Journal Entries Glitched?

I’ve been trying to platinum Uncharted 4, but as the title says, my journal entries are glitched. In my statistics, it says I’ve found 24/25, but in chapter select, I’ve found all of them. I’ve watched videos and compared Drake’s journal, and from what I can tell, I’ve got everything. I’ve tried going back and picking up the first and last ones, but to no avail. Is this a known glitch, or do I need to go back and pick up every last one again?
