Okay so I'm hoping that someone here can help me narrow down my issues.
Playstation 4 was not booting at all; would just pules blue;
It will go into safe mode; I replaced the HDD and did a full initialization and data base rebuild.
It booted up just fine. Setup my account downloaded some stuff went into the other room and it went into sleep mode. When I tried to turn it back on; it just pulsed blue; rebooted said it was checking for storage space popped up with a window that said it wasn't shut down properly to hit the PS button on the controller; did that and and the screen went white snow and I had to unplug it. Now its back to not booting again. All I get is blue pulse; It will boot into safe mode but the front button is acting strange. Sometime it will not register my finger unless I hit it 20x's. I checked the fans they are all working so I'm stumped. You think maybe its the power supply?

I would try moving the boot closer, or maybe your sights need calibration. Failing that, you could have your eyes tested, it done wonders for me and clay shooting.
