Hey guys,
I went to play Red Dead Online tonight and it claims the data has somehow been corrupt. I don't know how this has happened because I have dash boarded several times to close this game (held PS button to close app). The reason I say this is because that is how I closed it last time.

I am currently re-installing the game from disc. This time around I am installing on the Sytem HD not my external HD).

Does anyone know if this is going to effect my online profile? I currently have EVERYTHING in the game as far as Roles and Outlaw Passes are concerned, 8 horses, about 2K cash and 50 gold bars.

Over the passed two days, I have tried literally 5 times to install this game after data corruption. I don't know any other way of by passing this stupid, what I'm going to call a glitch, because my disc is in emaculite shape. Brand new. Only time it came out of the case was for install purpose.

I'm going to try purchasing RDR2 Online by itself to see if it works by download the game from the Playstation Store. I will keep you updated.

This really sucks because I have already spent $120.00 on the Deluxe Edition when the game first came out

@Jimbones In theory your online progress should be saved to Rockstar's cloud, through your Rockstar Social club account, but don't quote me on that. Once you've sorted out the system's issues, I'd have thought you'd be okay

Good job, Parappa. You can go on to the next stage now.

@Tasuki well my friend, I'm not quite sure how to do this. Is it possible you could hook a brother up a link to something, please and thanks in advance.

Okay, good news and a little bad.
Good is the game works, after downloading RDR2 Online Edition, and my progress was not lost.
Bad news is this is the second time I've purchased this game and I had to delete my game from the system and reinstall like 6 separate times, with 5 errors all from installing from disc.
