Topic: Psn Live support blocked me from chatting with them?

So yesterday I tried to reach for psn live support (US) only to get hit with "you been blocked from chat message "
I'm not from US but my account is and in the past. I used vpn to reach for live support and get help from them as its only way for me.
So today i tried to fill forums with my other account info before requesting chat and it worked and i manged to talk with one of live support i asked him how can i get my account to be able to use live support again but he kept avoiding the question. in the end i just told him to have good day and left.
All i'm asking is can I get my account to be able to contact live support . what if I needed their help to cancel a pre-order or someone hacked my account.
Please help me guys.
I only used live support twice in my main account in past 5 years. one was to cancel a pre-order of game that kept getting delayed and other was to get some gifts that you supposed to get from beating some trophies (persona 5 royal ones)
I really need to get it unblocked for my account safety. Because the guy i talked with in live support (with my other account info) said you can't do anything if you don't put main account info in fill up forums. which every time i do i get hit with "you been blocked from chat "
