Topic: Ps account Blocked

Hi,

I’m having trouble accessing my PlayStation account. When I try to sign in, I get a message saying that my account is blocked and that I need to recover it.

The problem is that my account is linked to an email address (Outlook), but I no longer have access to that email account and I also don’t remember the details I used for it.

I do still have access to the phone number connected to my PlayStation account. Is it possible to recover my account using only my phone number?

If not, what are my options to get my account back?

@Serkiy If your account is linked to a phone number, try accessing the PlayStation App on the phone associated with that same number. It might automatically recognise the device.

Otherwise, your best bet would be to contact PlayStation Support and explain the situation.
