So my friend and I share accounts. He deactivated my account on his because he got a new PS4. Now when we try to reactivate, it says my PS4 is activated elsewhere.
I logged into my account online but when I go under devices, it says "The connection to the server timed out." The same thing happens on my phone and at work. Also on his computer.
I had it pop up correctly and show devices for about 5 seconds, pressed on Playstation systems and on the next page it said "there are no activated devices"
Live and phone support don't appear to be active to get assistance from them. Any ideas on how to get this activated? Thank you
