Topic: PS4 Glitches out when opening an app

So i’ve recently encountered a problem with my ps4 where when i try to launch a disc my playstations home screen just glitches out like crazy and does so until the PS is turned off. I can message you a video of this happening if you need more info on what exactly is occuring, but the best way to describe it is that the screen zooms into the app as if it’s about to open then resets and zooms out and repeats this constantly. i’m not sure what exactly is happening to cause this, but the eject function of the console has been weird as well. Anyone know how to fix this?

Try going into safe mode by holding the power button when you turn on the PS4. Once in safe mode try rebuilding the database. Could help.
