So I have a PS4 slim, I’m noticing my hardwire connection speed is very up and down. One minute I’ll run 250mbs the next 66mbs, I contacted my internet provider, my internet is fine and everything checks out. So I then buy a new Ethernet chord and have the same issue, so I tried WiFi problem was worse, I then do a rebuild on the PS4 and still nothing. Also I do want to add that my home screen and menu, the store, friends list, etc are extremely slow when loading. I’m reaching out hoping someone can offer advice or help. I’ve contacted PlayStation support and I’m still waiting on a call 5 days later.
I'm having the same issue with my PS4 Pro, Did u get a solution or figured it out?
Even when I started doing PS4 initialize it moves 1% per 20min I'm frustrated.
