I recently purchased a Gioteck VX-4 PS4 Wired Controller, however when I turn on my PS4 I am immediately brought to a screen saying "Connect the DualShock 4 wireless controller using the USB cable and then press the ps button" in multiple languages. It does not seem to respond to my wired controller and I am struggling to pass this screen. The controller seems to be working as it is brand new and responds whenever I press the share or options buttons. This is also strange as it works fine when I enter safe mode. The only issue I'm having is that I cannot figure out a way to bypass this screen. If anybody could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
