@xandy123x This isn't specifically what you've asked for, but there's a charity called SpecialEffect who help make gaming accessible for people with physical disabilities, learning difficulties, and / or both. If you're having trouble finding fellow gamers on an individual basis, you might be able to find a suitable group or community through them, perhaps? Maybe contact them via social media and ask?

Their website is https://www.specialeffect.org.uk if you're interested, but I understand (and apologise) if this isn't the kinda thing that you and your son are looking for.

Thank you very much for the reply, I will definitely look into it, it is a bit of a strange request I know but I just feel sorry for him, especially the way a lot of the kids he has interacted with just blatantly take the pee, and he doesn't even realise they am doing it. Thanks again m8

@xandy123x It's not strange in the slightest; my partner is disabled, so I get it. Even if the charity itself isn't what you're looking for, they might be able to point you in the right direction.

No worries, and best of luck!
