I purchased a PS4 from a pawn shop and it’s working Fine but it has all kinds of users on it I was told I need to fully initialize it and it will be just like it came out of the box so I started to full initialize process and I got a message that the PS4 cannot be deactivated for the following user it shows that this kid made this PS4 his primary PS4 so therefore he can’t be removed I guess please help what can I do to make this mine and remove him.
