The problem is this: Every time I join the party to play some group activity, my psn automatically deletes and blocks everyone from my friends list, it also leaves the message groups and the party too, and then, makes a complaint accusing the players of misconduct. Result: I can play my games in solo mode because this issue prevents me from playing multiplayer activities. It's been a while since I got in touch with support stating my problem it never, I repeat, NEVER! He gave me an opinion about it, and I would like to know if anyone here had a similar problem and how he managed to solve it.
I had something similar to this where the ps would just automatically block and unfriend people. I just reset the privacy and notification settings and it fixed it
