when i go to my profile -> media -> screenshots. i want to delete some old game screenshots that i have from 2017. but i dont get any option to delete it when i press option button(i only get view and view profile). these screensshots are not in my recent activity or whats new. so do anyone here know how to?
@KALofKRYPTON the screenshot is not in my capture gallery, i have formated my ps4 hard drive a long time ago. the screenshot is only in my profile -> media -> screenshots.
i will add that i shared this screenshot directly onto psn at 'whats new', and i cannot find the screenshot in my ‘recent activities’ either. its only in profile -> media -> screenshots. and when i press option button i only get two options view and view profile. its very frustration i just want to delete the screenshot.
@KALofKRYPTON i cant, the original post is long gone. it just puzzle me why i dont have any option to delete it... can you go to your oldest screenshots and try delete yours?...
@TheBuzz My profile glitched out once, and ended up posting three identical versions of the same Hitman 2 screencap to the same place you're talking about. You can't delete from there, alas. That's where you post to the wider PSN and so it's kinda "out there" as soon as you do.
It's frustrating as heck, but you're not alone, and it's not a glitch exclusive to you.
