I think I might have bought FIFA 21 by accident and I can't find a way to refund it. I have requested a refund on https://www.playstation.com/en-ie/support/contact-us/contact-... but 24h have passed and still got no response from PlayStation. If anyone could help I would appreciate it.
If you made the wrong purchase they can see if you used it or not. So if you haven’t and you contact ASAP then I am sure they will credit your account. Just keep calm, give them a call and the right person will help you out.
They have some copy paste replies on email and chat which are hard to get past but if you can get on the phone a reasonable conversation should be possible.
