Hey. I recently downloaded fortnite for my son. Went to log in for the first time and it goes through it then comes up with network failure when attempting to check service status. Epic games have said everything is ok our end and it’s an issue with the PlayStation network. Messaged PlayStation and they’ve said the network is fine, but gave me some port numbers that need opening. I’ve done all this and it still comes up with the same message. Don’t know what else to try
