Topic: Epic games

Hi can anyone help me please, I’m very new to playstation and trying to sort out an issue for my 7 year old son who loves fortnite. I set him up an epic games account (I believe we already automatically had a nameless account as he has been playing fortnite for a while). When I linked the account to his psn it came up with an error code and he couldn’t hear his friends through his headphones so I unlinked the account (not knowing what I was doing 🤦🏼‍♀️) he then lost his skins and vbucks! Now I have bought him 5000 vbucks so he could buy back those skins but they’re now not showing in the store. So I’ve tried to relink his account with epic games again and it says it can’t now as I’m already linked (with another nameless account I’m guessing) so how do I now unlink the names less account without losing the 5000 v bucks to relink with his old account that has his old skins?
