Topic: Cant log into PSN.. Cant get update

So basically I can't update my PS4 because I can't log into PSN. I can't log into PSN without the update. WTF do I do???

Please help my account was banned for pornographic and violent content but I checked thouroughly and nothing seems to stand out like I’ve checked everywhere
