Topic: Bought game disappeared

I just bought a game from PlayStation Store, the amount is visible on my credit card transaction list. But the game isn’t available on my PlayStation. It like I never bought it. What to do?

When I am trying to buy the game again, a sign comes up saying that the game isn’t available at the moment. Error code (WS-43699-1)

I’ve been looking on forums and YouTube and finally find the solution.
I deactivated my profile and activated it again, turned off the system and started it again. After that I found the game in my library and waiting now for it to finish the download.
