Topic: Best way to go about contacting an inactive account?

Hi! I was looking to change my name to something else on PSN, but the username I want is already in use. I was going to contact the person by directly sending them a message on PSN, however looking at their account, it seems to be inactive. I was wondering, is there any way that I could, for example, contact this account via email? Or maybe see the account's friends list? I just hate to see a name I want sitting there unused and really want to contact the account, but if they don't every use their playstation any more, I dont see an easy way to go about this. I'm afraid you're out of luck. Even if that person did change their PSN ID you wouldn't be able to use their old name as it will stay linked to their account. Once an ID is changed the previous one can always be used again by that person.

Oh yeah, I was looking to take the account itself, not just the name. But either way, if I can't contact them, not much I can do about that anyways, I suppose.
