Hello, I am from Spain, and I made a USA account, to save some money through ENEBA on Playstation Plus, I purchased 3 months on November 1, 2020, entering a code purchased through ENEBA, the Playstation Plus expired today February 1, 2021, so 6 days ago I acquired a code in ENEBA for another three months, it expired on May 1, 2021, the fact is that my account is suspended, I contacted Playstation Spain and they told me I had to contact Playstation USA, and apart from the fact that I do not understand anything, when I call by phone within the working time zone there in the USA, I do not understand what the woman who comes out at the beginning says, I try to contact through the Support Bot and I only It says to call by phone, I have been like this for 1 week without any solution and without knowing the reason for my suspension in the account, I have not received any email, I have tried to recover it by the payment errors form and the suspension form and I get in both cases Error, from my personal account this suspended account continues to appear, and I still do not know anything about it, the only email I have received is from yesterday saying that I had renewed Playstation Plus, yes, the email arrived 5 days after entering the ENEBA code of another 90 days of Playstation Plus, it is impossible that I have violated the rules since I only have that account as the main one and now, I only enter when I have to download a Playstation Plus game, I understand that the code is the same It is sold in physical stores and has nothing illegal, to see if someone can tell me something about it and help me, because Playstation USA on twitter does not give me a solution either.
