Topic: account lockout + lost email

Hi! I'm at a loss right now. I'm trying to help my brother log into his playstation account on his ps4. When he enters his password, he gets an 'account lockout/password reset' screen. It says an email has been sent to the email address he used when originally setting up the ps4, but he doesn't have access to that email address anymore. Is there any way to change the email address associated with his ps4 without being able to login?

You will have to contact Sony but be warned it might take awhile due to the pandemic going on.
