Topic: A List With All Current PS4 To PS5 Game Upgrades?

Does anyone know where a full up-to-date list of all PS4 games that have either a free PS5 upgrade or a discounted PS5 upgrade can be found? The whole setup is wonky at best and I'm still stumbling across free and paid upgrades nearly half a year after getting my PS5. A full list would be appreciated as it's almost impossible to find every upgrade when you have like 1500 games! 🤣
