Haven't tried Dreams on PlayStation 4 yet? It seems today is your lucky day: Media Molecule has just announced a free trial version of its latest play, create, share project. Furthermore, it's available right now on the European and North American PlayStation Stores.
So, what does this Dreams demo involve? Well, you'll be able to try out the opening chapters of Art's Dream, the Media Molecule-made adventure game, but that's not all. There will also be a rotating selection of community creations, giving you a taste of what users are making with Dreams' flexible tools. It sounds like these will change every now and again, so it'll be worth checking out the trial multiple times. The PS Store listing also says you'll be able to "Learn how to make content in the full game" -- perhaps some of the creation tools will also be available to mess around with.
If you like what you'll play, you can purchase the full game and continue your progress. What's more, Dreams is currently reduced in price in Europe. It's down to €29.99 / £24.99, so if you do decide to grab it, you'll also be getting a bargain. This price cut is only active until 5th May, though, so you'll have to get your skates on.
Will you be giving the Dreams trial a go? Have you been waiting for a free demo before you jump in? Make your dreams come true in the comments below.

Nice. I'll be sure to give it a try.
Oooh - perfect lockdown fodder. Downloading now - thanks!
Dreams is definitely worth it!
Again, Sony, pack it in with every PS5 so we can start to see more traction for the product.
Downloaded but there arent many community creations to play - only about 4 at a time so wondered how often they are changed?
£35 was too much for me for this (at the moment especially), but £25 is ever so tempting. I have been wanting to get this for some time, and I have just done the month's shop and paid enough of my bills to feel ok about it.... 🤔
I was interested in Dreams at first, but I have too many full blown professional games on my backlog and can't justify adding a game that will pile on way more stuff to sift through.
